Do you sell to homeowners?

Yes. We work mainly with fabricators, builders and designers, and homeowners are welcome to visit by appointment to see the slabs and select their material.

Do you fabricate or install countertops?

Yes. We can arrange fabrication through our partner shop and install your countertops for you. You are also welcome to work with your own fabricator if you prefer.

How do I get pricing?

Stratum Portoro brings dramatic mineral depth to large-format porcelain. Its near-black field is layered with subtle charcoal movement, crossed by slender copper and bronze-gold veins, and sharpened by occasional white and silver-gray lines. The result is bold yet controlled: a dark architectural surface with warmth, dimension and a refined metallic character.

The generous 126 x 63 inch format lets Stratum Portoro's long linear movement travel across broad installations with fewer visual interruptions, while the 12 mm profile supports clean architectural detailing. Three coordinating faces—F1, F2 and F3—provide natural variation for larger layouts. What is the difference between the Polished and Silk finishes?

The Polished finish has a glossy, reflective surface that emphasizes the color and veining. The Silk finish offers a softer, lower-sheen appearance for a more subtle and contemporary look.

What are the F1, F2 and F3 faces?

F1, F2 and F3 are three coordinating faces of the same design. They provide visual variation and give designers and fabricators more flexibility when arranging multiple slabs across larger installations.

Are the F1, F2 and F3 faces bookmatched?

No. The three faces are coordinating designs and should not be assumed to form a mirrored bookmatch. True bookmatched porcelain uses specifically designed opposing graphics to create a mirrored effect.

Where can these porcelain slabs be used?

Depending on the project's technical requirements, large-format porcelain can be used for countertops, kitchen islands, backsplashes, bathroom vanities, shower walls, feature walls and other interior surfaces.

Can these porcelain slabs be used for flooring?

Flooring suitability should be confirmed for the specific slab thickness, finish, substrate and installation system. Large-format porcelain can be used for floors in appropriate configurations, but not every slab or installation method is automatically floor-rated.

How should I clean and care for the porcelain surface?

For routine care, remove loose dirt and wipe the surface with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge using a cleaner suitable for porcelain. Avoid abrasive pads that could affect the factory finish, and follow the product-specific care recommendations for the selected Polished or Silk surface.

What should be considered before fabrication and seam planning?
